This User Agreement Policy is applied to all Focus Academy Network Websites’ users & members, including all other links, resources & contents available on the website.

 

User Agreement Policy:

All users & members agree on respecting others’ rights and privacy; and the intellectual rights and other rights, including but not limited to copyrights & licenses. As they agree also to preserve Focus Academy Network Websites’ resources & contents and refrain from the non-authorized access.
All users & members agree on refraining from using the network for:
a. Upload, send or save any illegal or harmful content, or any contents & resources that urge for violence, inconvenience, harassment, torture, abuse, or threat.
b. Upload or send any contents that lead to the abuse or the harassment of the website's users, members, & employees.
c. Upload, send or save any contents or subjects which they do not have the legal rights to upload or send it by law or by any other contractual agreements.
d. Concealing the resource, intellectual rights holder, or copyrights in any contents that been uploaded, sent or saved through the website.
e. Upload, send or save any contents or subjects which could breach patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights.
f. Upload, send or save any advertisements, or promotions materials “SPAM” or any other image of advertisement or offers.
g. Upload, send or save any contents or subjects which contain viruses, or any files or applications designed to damage or sabotage any PC or computer program.
h. Disable or obstruction of the website or its connected networks; or non-compliance with any requirements, procedures, policies, or systems for networks related to the site.
i. Deliberate, or unintentional breach of any local, loyalty, or international laws or agreements.

 

The website’s users & members acknowledge the following:

a. Our employees have the right but not the obligation to pre-examine any contents or subjects which been uploaded or suggested for upload on Focus Academy website.
b. Focus Academy’s employees have the right to reject uploading any subjects or contents to the website or remove it from it.
c. Focus Academy’s employees have the right to remove any contents, including the ones that produced by the Academy’s cadres.
The users & members of Focus Academy website acknowledge & agree that Focus Academy website & its Directing Committee are eligible to access and reveal their accounts information & contents if needed; by the power of law, or if they decided out of goodwill that such procedures are necessary for:
a. Abiding by the legal procedures.
b. Implementation of members’ special terms or privacy policy.
c. Reply to the claims which state that the contents breach, or abuse others’ rights.
d. Respond to other members requests, or protect the rights, properties, and safety.
It is understandable by the website users & members, that Focus Academy website holds the following statement:
The programs embedded in the website, may contain security components for digital materials protection, and using those materials is subject to the legal rules mentioned in copyrights protection laws; any copy, print, distribution, or presentation procedure of the secured materials in the web, are totally forbidden, whether it was in whole or in part.
Non liability toward the users & members:
It is understandable by the Focus Academy website’s users & members, that Focus Academy website’s admins wont held liable under any form or any circumstances of any damage or loss of any kind, that may occur to their PC’s, computer programs & tools, or to any other resources they may loose due to the use of any content or material uploaded to the site, sent by email, or available on the web. Focus Academy website’s users & members agree as well to assess and take responsibilities of all the risks related to using any contents uploaded to the site or its connected networks, including their dependence on the accuracy & completeness of that content, and the benefits of it.

 

Instructions and Regulations:

- The Trainee must commit to abide the instructions, exercises, and directions given by the Academy.
- The Trainee must adhere to the dates and respect the lectures times, and whoever whose attendance percentage less than 80% of the course curriculum, will be banned from the graduation project.
- The Trainee must pay the due fees before the course starts, or present payment guarantees if the first part is not applicable, and he should completely pay the whole due amount before the end of the course, guarantees included.
- We assure that the Trainee holds the full liability of training & lectures times, based on the selected timetable at the beginning of the course; and that the Academy is not liable to repeat any lecture or practice to the absent people, or who comes late to the lectures.
- We assure that the training management holds the right to use whatever related to the trainees & graduates of photos & videos during their training or career era for the Academy's marketing purposes, like uploading their photos to the website, social media, press advertisements, etc.
- In case the trainee has cancelled his registration in less than 30 days from the registration date, only 25% of the general fees will be deducted; if the Academy has not been notified of the cancellation, then no refund will be applied.
- We assure that all the training details during the training period are a rightful property of Focus Academy for Training & Media Development archive.
